I had an opportunity to interview with Dr. Anthony Kleinsmith, formulator of Acai Soda. He appeared quite confident in the ability of his product to help individuals burn belly fat, lose weight and increase their energy levels. Being the skeptic that I am, of course I offered to put his claim to the test. We set up a situation where he would send me some product and actually have me blog about it in a similar manner as I have done with my Lou Riley Live! Blog. I was simply asked to state the truth of what I was experiencing. At the time of this writing, I have not yet received my product, but I have to be honest, I am extremely excited about it.
Dr. K shared with me the science behind the product in terms of the ingredients and how they would have an effect on the healthy lifestyle I have adopted over the past six months. I will share the ingredients and what they do in a few blog posts. That way, you will have an opportunity to review each of them individually first, then understand how they fit into the big scheme of things. The first ingredient in AcaiSoda, of course, is The Acai Berry. It is a fruit that grows on the Acai Palm Tree and used by the natives in the Amazon Rain Forest of Brazil for many generations to aid the body in; achieving weight loss, improving digestion, clearing skin complexion, and overcoming sexual dysfunction, insomnia and more. The berry pulp is extremely high in its antioxidant value along with being very rich in omega fats, amino acids, electrolytes, protein and Vitamins A, B1, and E. This berry pulp has up to 30 times the Anthocyanins than red wine and is a major antioxidant that helps our body fight free radical damage; in other words, slowing down premature aging! Anthocyanins can be described very easily; pigmentation synthesized for life. Look at any deep colored flower or fruit and you are seeing Anthocyanins. This powerful component of the Acai berry is the antioxidant that are maintained even after they are eaten by another organism, giving that organism the ability to maintain Energy, overcome Stress and allow for Inch Loss! Throw in unsaturated fats such as Omega 3, 6 and 9. On a personal note, I have taken Acai in past. It was actually featured on Oprah a few years ago on a segment she did about The Top Ten Superfoods we should all have in our diets. The Acai Fruit was listed at #1! At the time I was training for a 1/2 marathon and it definitely help with my stamina and endurance as well as some lower back pain I was experiencing. I cannot promise the same will take affect with you, however, this was my personal experience. I actually shaved 45 minutes of my 10 mile time within one week of taking Acai.
